“The Woman as Protagonist of her Longevity” was the theme of meeting of businesswomen in São Paulo

The event offered by the Lady Diamond Club, an exclusive networking platform for women, founded by journalist Débora Aguillar, brought together more than 150 leaders and businesswomen at the Iate Clube de Santos, with topics such as longevity and quality of life. “We are living longer and, as our platform reaches active, healthy and productive women at age 40 to 70, we decided to bring issues such as physical, financial and business longevity to raise reflection and inspire women to seek new achievements and dreams during the so-called ‘old age’.”, comments Débora. Among the speakers were businesswoman Cristiana Arcangeli, journalist Silvia Poppovic, businesswomen Letícia Linton, Renata Spalicci and Neiva Trindade, dermatologist Maria Paula Del Nero, nutritionist Roseli Rossi and economist Marly Parra.

“Entrepreneurship will set you free. We have to undertake in ourselves to begin with. In health, having your own schedule, preferably in the morning. Those who exercise don’t have to take medicine for anything”, attested Cristiana Arcangeli. Silvia Poppovic also revealed: “I blossomed after 60! All of us, who want to live better, have to commit to ourselves. We can’t forget what we want and what we need to be happy. And it just depends on us. A well-lived maturity has to do with that.” And she recommended: “Have friends, it’s a great pillar for mental health”. The 11th Edition of the Lady Diamond Club had part of the income reverted to the “Bem Querer Mulher” program.
