XVII International Administration Forum
held in Belém made history

The sum of teamwork, commitment and a lot of love for the profession resulted in a great event. The seventeenth edition of the FIA, held from 26 to 28 September 2022, could not have been more special. There were more than 1,600 participants registered and present, hundreds of participants in the online modality, 02 national speakers, 28 national panelists, 13 foreign panelists, 21 national mediators and about 30 companies and supporting institutions, in the three days of event at hangar Conventions and Fairs of the Amazon, in Belém-PA. The International Forum was held by the Federal Council of Administration and the Regional Administration Council of Pará, led by the Director of International Relations and Events of the CFA, Adm. Gilmar Camargo and the president of CRA-PA, Adm. Fábio Lúcio Costa, host of the event, with the support of the national and local commissions, discussed the Science of Administration under the Aegis of Ethics, Sustainability and Governance, a theme that according to the president of the regional region of Pará, as well as the place of its realization, Belém of Pará, could not be better chosen, mainly, because it is quite current and because it has, the world, a look at the Amazon.

The opening ceremony took place on the night of 09/26, with historian Leandro Karnal the mission and the challenge of presenting the opening lecture. The XVII FIA included sectoral forums that discussed specific themes derived from the main theme and further enriched the content of the event, such as: the III Public Management Forum, the II Forum of Senior Administration Professionals, the V Women’s Forum of Administration and the II Forum of Young Management Professionals. There was also the presentation of Academic and Professional Scientific Articles. 

The closing of the Forum, on the night of 09/28, was conducted by the president of the CFA, Adm. Mauro Kreuz. It was up to him to present the lecture that was the subject of the event. At the time,the launch of RIADM - an international network of management professionals - was launched.
